Agreement to Terms

These terms govern your use of 7santinibrothersmovingandstorage.com and any moving services you book with 7 Santini Brothers Moving & Storage. By requesting a quote, booking a move, or otherwise using this website, you agree to the terms below.

Services Described

7 Santini Brothers provides local and long-distance moving services throughout Miami-Dade County and the routes described on this site, along with full-service packing, short-term storage, labor-only load/unload help, and specialty item handling such as piano moving. Exact services for your job are confirmed in your flat-rate quote.

Estimates and Pricing

Pricing is based on a flat-rate quote built from the inventory and details you provide, along with distance and any specialty services requested. Final charges may adjust if the actual inventory or scope of work differs materially from what was described when the estimate was prepared.

Booking and Deposits

7 Santini Brothers does not require a deposit to hold a move date. A confirmed booking is made once you accept a flat-rate quote and agree on a move date with our office.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of your move unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing in advance. Accepted payment methods are provided by our office at the time of booking.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand moving dates change. Contact our office as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel, especially for long-distance moves where trucks and crews are scheduled in advance. Late changes close to a scheduled move date, or a last-minute schedule shift caused by a tropical storm or hurricane watch, may affect crew availability for your new preferred date.

Claims for Loss or Damage

7 Santini Brothers is registered as a Florida household mover, carries interstate authority on file with the FMCSA, and keeps current commercial auto and cargo insurance on every truck. If an item is lost or damaged during your move, report it to our office as soon as possible so a claim can be opened. Specific coverage terms will be provided in your moving documents.

Limitation of Liability

Except as set out in your signed moving documents, 7 Santini Brothers is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages related to a move, including delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, tropical storms, or road closures.

Governing Law
