Wide, tree-canopied lots are the signature of Pinecrest, and the village has some of the strictest tree-preservation rules in Miami-Dade — you can’t just cut down a grand oak to make room for a truck.
What to Know Before Moving Day
- Some streets still don’t have sidewalks by design, part of the rural feel residents have fought to keep since the village incorporated in the 1990s.
- Because lots run deep and driveways are often long, we scout access before committing to a truck size, especially on streets with low-hanging branches or narrow gravel aprons near the road.
- Yadira Prieto’s walkthroughs help here too, since a Pinecrest estate move often means more square footage and more fragile pieces than a typical local job.
- We always walk the home before writing your estimate rather than guessing over the phone.
Areas We Also Serve Nearby
- Pinecrest sits close to Coral Gables to the north and Palmetto Bay just south.
- We handle plenty of moves connecting all three as families shift between similar established neighborhoods.
- For larger households with fine furniture or antiques, our full-service packing crew pads and wraps everything by hand.
- Start that walkthrough through our quote page.

Four steps, same crew the whole way — here is what actually happens once you call us about a Miami move.
Yadira Walks The Job
A phone call or a short in-home visit gets her the room count, access issues and your target date.
Flat Number Lands
Crew size, truck size and materials are all spelled out before you commit to a date, and the number does not move once it is quoted.
The Truck Gets Wrapped Right
Corners and door frames get padded before a single box moves, and everything goes on the truck hand-carried, not tossed.
Everything Lands Where You Want It
Boxes go to the right room, furniture sits where you point, and the crew clears the wrapping paper out before they leave.
Why Miami Calls Us Back
Nobody On The Truck Is A Stranger
Every mover carries our name on the paperwork, not a staffing agency's. Vincent hired and trained this crew himself, and most of them have been running Miami-Dade routes together for years.
Pianos And Odd-Shaped Furniture, No Problem
A piano needs a board and straps, not two extra guys grabbed off the curb. The same goes for gun safes, sectional sofas and anything else that fights a standard doorway — we bring the right gear the first time.
Headed Out Of FL?
The crew that loads your truck in Miami is the crew that drives it and carries everything into your new place, whether that is Orlando or Atlanta. Nothing gets handed off to a different company halfway there.

What Our Clients Say
“Booked 7 Santini Brothers for a Miami Gardens to Atlanta move and Julio drove the truck himself. Everything showed up two days later exactly as it was loaded.”
“Full pack for our Coral Gables house took a full day but every piece of china and every mirror made it across town without a scratch. Vincent came by himself to walk the estimate first.”
“Three guys, one truck, done in under five hours moving our four-bedroom house from Homestead to Cutler Bay. They double-checked the inventory sheet with me before loading anything.”
Questions We Get Most
7 Santini Brothers Moving & Storage answers these on nearly every call from Miami, FL.
Will you need to trim trees or landscaping for truck access?
No, Pinecrest's tree-preservation rules mean we route around obstacles rather than touch landscaping.
Do you provide in-home walkthroughs for larger properties?
Yes, and we recommend one for most Pinecrest homes given typical lot size and square footage.
Can you pack fine furniture or antiques?
Yes, our full-service packing crew hand-wraps fragile and valuable items.
