Suburban Kendall is easy moving territory in a lot of ways — wide streets, straightforward driveways, and plenty of room for a full-size truck to park close to the door.
What to Know Before Moving Day
- The area grew fast through the 1970s and 80s, so most blocks mix one-story ranch homes with two-story houses built around the canal system that still runs through much of the neighborhood.
- We move a lot of Kendall families simply trading one subdivision for another, plus plenty downsizing once kids move out or upsizing into more space nearby.
- Yadira Prieto’s walkthroughs keep the estimate accurate whether it’s a three-bedroom ranch or a house with a converted garage full of storage.
- Canal-front lots and corner houses sometimes change the angle a truck needs to park, so we ask about your driveway when scheduling.
Areas We Also Serve Nearby
- Kendall sits close enough to Coral Gables and Pinecrest that we handle a steady mix of moves in both directions.
- Our residential moving crew treats a same-day local move the same careful way no matter which direction you’re headed.
- You’ll get a flat-rate quote with the real numbers, not a placeholder — get started on our quote page.

Four steps, same crew the whole way — here is what actually happens once you call us about a Miami move.
Yadira Walks The Job
A phone call or a short in-home visit gets her the room count, access issues and your target date.
Flat Number Lands
Crew size, truck size and materials are all spelled out before you commit to a date, and the number does not move once it is quoted.
The Truck Gets Wrapped Right
Corners and door frames get padded before a single box moves, and everything goes on the truck hand-carried, not tossed.
Everything Lands Where You Want It
Boxes go to the right room, furniture sits where you point, and the crew clears the wrapping paper out before they leave.
Why Miami Calls Us Back
Nobody On The Truck Is A Stranger
Every mover carries our name on the paperwork, not a staffing agency's. Vincent hired and trained this crew himself, and most of them have been running Miami-Dade routes together for years.
Pianos And Odd-Shaped Furniture, No Problem
A piano needs a board and straps, not two extra guys grabbed off the curb. The same goes for gun safes, sectional sofas and anything else that fights a standard doorway — we bring the right gear the first time.
Headed Out Of FL?
The crew that loads your truck in Miami is the crew that drives it and carries everything into your new place, whether that is Orlando or Atlanta. Nothing gets handed off to a different company halfway there.

What Our Clients Say
“Moved us from Aventura back up to New York for a job change. Julio called before pickup and again before delivery so we always knew where the truck was on I-95.”
“They moved my upright piano out of a second-floor walkup in Hialeah without a single issue. Reginald brought an extra set of hands just for that one piece.”
“Rented my own truck but had the crew load it in Miami Lakes. They packed it tighter than I could have — just wish they'd called a little earlier when running about 30 minutes behind.”
Questions We Get Most
7 Santini Brothers Moving & Storage answers these on nearly every call from Miami, FL.
Are Kendall moves usually straightforward?
Most are — wide streets and clear driveway access make loading simple, though we always confirm your specific block.
Do you handle canal-front or corner-lot homes?
Yes, we just ask about your driveway angle when scheduling so the truck parks where it needs to.
Can you move us between Kendall and a nearby suburb like Pinecrest?
Absolutely, that's one of our more common local routes.
